Post Just got back
from the hospital after 9 hrs in emergency room. I don't recommend falling off of a roof.

Mostly just hyper extension and muscular strain, possible spinal injury (sciatica) but won't know until the rest heals. Rebuilding the porch and was going up to put a tarp over the roof because of rain. Ladder slipped and down I went.
